Version Difference
The Gold Audio release included two extra episodes that were not on the original album: #115: “An Act of Mercy” , which had originally been featured in "The Early Classics " but removed for the gold audio re-release "The Adventure Begins", and #138: “The Adventure of the Adventure” .

The original release came in a green clamshell case. When albums 2-8 were updated circa 1993, they all came in a white clamshell cases.
