Categories on Unaired Episodes

On the Album 66 episode pages, even with the spoilers hidden, the categories can be seen, which do contain spoilers for The Long End. Sorry, back now was busy having a daughter. I've re-written the mp3 extension to better conform with changes to how mediawiki extensions should be written, I've checked episode pages and it still works there if you see any other problems with it let me know here, I'll continue working on the list Reddo (talk) 09:42, 2 April 2019 (MDT)

It might be just an issue with my browser, but today when I tried to edit a couple pages occasionally it wouldn't let me. It came up with this "internal error" page. I reloaded the pages a couple times and eventually they worked, but then it did it again with a different page. I also had a problem with trying to edit the Town Hall. dpl columns is currently broken in the extension itself, developers are aware of it but it's fairly involved to fix it, most places you should be able to fix it with css like I did on the new intersecction page, it's fairly well supported on up to date browsers Reddo (talk) 23:36, 2 April 2019 (MDT)

looks like the new version of tabber is also broken, i'll check that out probably wednesday evening, for the input extension it was breaking other features of mediawiki so I turned it off, i might be able to fix it but I was thinking of doing it all with js/css something like

That makes sense. I want to clean up the podcast subscription options in the future anyway, but for now I've put the URLs into divs and made them look like the input boxes did. Possible New Episode Category

I wonder if there could be a category for episode titles which reference a character's name. There are a number of these episodes, such as Whit's Flop, Connie Comes to Town, Sir Buddy's Snowy Day, Unbecoming Jay, Groundhog Jay, etc. I'm thinking it would only include clear references, and not titles like Grandma's Visit or The Holy Hoopster. Alice (b) Page Move

Gadgets

Hey, everyone! I've decided to get involved with the wiki again. I miss helping out! :)

Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going through the gadgets right now (accessible via Preferences → Gadgets) and updating them. Turns out the Scrolling Sidebar gadget was breaking the wiki for me such that I couldn't see a single page! I've now completely rewritten the gadget and it's quite slick if I do say so myself. You should try it! But BEWARE; the Top Sidebar gadget is also broken and will cause the same error I incurred.

Do you want to see the Top Sidebar gadget rewritten and functioning once again? (I'm not even sure what it used to look like exactly.) I'm leaning towards just scrapping it. I'm also gonna scrap the old Quote gadget which (I think) is no longer relevant now that random quotes are fully integrated into the Main Page. New Options for Spoilers

Spoilers have been discussed back-and-forth for a long time on this site, and the consensus currently is that 1) {{spoiler}} must be used on articles for not-yet-aired episodes, seasons, and albums, and optionally on not-yet-released books; 2) {{spoiler2}} can be placed inconspicuously around pertinent info on pages without {{spoiler}}; and 3) {{Episode Chart}} does not show BlackSlices for not-yet-released episodes, and character pages display Unaired episode in place of (e.g.) #869: B-TV: Idolatry. Is this sufficient for what Focus has asked we keep hidden on pages?

It was once asked if there could be a global toggle for spoilers: have the hidden sections automatically shown (and perhaps remove {{warning}} from view). Could this be a gadget that adds a switch (like the "Autoplay" toggle on YouTube.com) to the top menu ("Username" "Talk" "Preferences" etc.)? do we have a source for the titles in episode 67? I got a tip from Sarak Keimig that the Untitled Sarah Keimig Episode is an album episode that's releasing on CD this year, she knows the real title of the episode and it's not currently listed as being in Album 67. Everything currently listed about the Album 67 episodes is fake, except for the title "Dreams by Constance, Parts 1 and 2," the summary for that episode, and the title "A Sacrificial Escape." Sarah Keimig Episode

Straight from Nathan himself: we have the episode lineup for Album 67, and the Sarah Keimig episode is not in it. I think it's gotta be in the Club- and if she's sure it's coming out on CD, then we can expect a sampler disc like was done with The Drop Box. But that's speculation. rating bar

Elise (b) Last Name

5G WiFi

Preview Intros

Should there be a new section in the article pages for preview intros (for the episodes that have them)? I love those intros, so I've just been adding some of them to the article pages myself. But I've been informed there's not a system for these yet, and thus they look a little out of place. Either way, Scientific Guy recommended I suggest the idea here, so I'm suggesting it!
