Rating Statistics Page Broken

Penny Bassett Episode Sorting Incorrect

Hey Reddo,

The way the website is sorting which episodes Penny Bassett is in is incorrect. If you could fix it, that'd be great :)

error comes from Template:Infobox cast giving the page the wrong sort key due some pages having Penny Bassett{{!}}Penny Wise in the cast section, this was used to make text say Penny Wise but the link goes to Basset. That then gets put into the another template that does this [[category:episodes with Penny Bassett{{!}}Penny Wise]] the {{!}} is used to control the way the category is sorted, we have it set up to sort based off of episode number normally, but that's getting over ridden in this case and the episodes are sorted with the key of Penny Wise instead of ###. This results in the incorrect order that you are seeing here.

I realize you didn't ask me to explain it, but I'm not sure yet how to fix it, I'm not as good with writing efficient mediawiki code as I used to be, I could write a hack to fix it but I'd like to do it right and not bog down the server Reddo (talk) 23:09, 27 April 2019 (MDT)

Apparently it doesn't need fixing from the code side, the template is just being used wrong, I just made 2 edits to pages and fixed the problems to sort them properly just follow what I did to those pages the number is the number character that Penny is listed as in the template, hope that makes sense Reddo (talk) 23:27, 27 April 2019 (MDT)

Search Suggestions / Further From the Truth

Hey Reddo, first: is Further From the Truth confirmed to be in Album 68? Second, when you type "Further f" into the search bar, nothing appears. I have no idea what Further From the Truth is a part of, I'm guessing season 7 but I don't know for sure. Hopefully we can get it cleared up in the next little bit. Album 68 Episode

Nathan Hoobler said that there would be a episode with the word "wise" in it. Should I create that page and call it Untitled "Wise" Episode, or should I put in the notes on the page of album 68 and say, There will be an episode with the word "Wise" in an episode. I updated batch delete, try it again it should work now. There's a command line script I can run to fix those as far as I know there's no way to run it other from the command line. What makes you think I haven't been active? I just focus on other things Reddo (talk) 19:52, 27 May 2019 (MDT)

Page titles with special characters

The page The Battle, Part 2 uses the episode widget at the top, where it links to the previous episode and the next episode. The link on this page for the next episode, You Go to School Where? fails because it uses a question mark character. Simply generating a link using the wiki markup with square brace square brace for this episode title works, but the episode widget does not. Can you assist in modifying the widget so it generates a valid link?

The Other Question pages just have a Redirect which seems to function well I created new redirect pages for this and a couple other ? titles OdysseyFan (talk) 17:25, 8 October 2019 (MDT)

Episode Theory Page

I am working with another user to create a theory page so that the wiki community can share ideas. We want to format it similar to the Town Hall2 code which we don't have access to. If you could provide us with the Town Hall2 code or code that can make the main page act as a Talk or Discussion page I would appreciate it.

Re: Graphs

I saw that you made a template that pulls the data from Template:Infobox_Albums/album_ratings. Do you need the album_art url as it is? I'm pretty sure wrapping the graph into a template will be possible. (Not sure how useful or necessary it will be, we only have a handful of pages with graphs). But pretty sure it is possible. Template:Graph:Chart and by extention Module:Graph is doing the same thing as a custom built template would. Yet I'm still trudging along trying to build a nice graph.
