Blackgaard Again?

I soooooooo think the Chairman might have been Blackgaard! The Chairman sounded like he was disguising a British accent. Anyone else agree?

Sounds like fan-theorem, not exactly anything for an encyclopedia.

• I can't cite a source -- little help? -- but I've gotten the impression that Margaret Faye really was considered as a possibility.
