Blackgaard Family

The main villain in Odyssey, Regis Blackgaard, is a member of the Blackgaard family. Regis' twin brother Edwin runs a theater in Odyssey. They have both referred to their mother ,Mumsy, occasionally. In #342: “Welcome Home, Mr. Blackgaard”, we learn that a trust fund set up in Regis's will provides for their mother.

In Rook's Ruse, it's revealed that the Blackgaard Family's original last name was "Blaguer." During the family's move to England, the name was mispronounced and incorrectly put down on an immigration form, effectively changing it.
