Trickle Lake
Trickle Lake is a lake that is often mentioned in Odyssey at least two miles away from the town. It is used by Odyssey residents for fishing and swimming, and has hiking trails surrounding it. It was the site of multiple counterfeiting plates intended to be used in The Green Ring Conspiracy.
History
Trickle Lake was developed as a dam by Odyssey's settlers around the time of the city's development during the 19th century. The dam was created to contain what was then-yearly flooding. Eventually, the water the dam contained was used as a lake by Odyssey's residents. By the 21st century, Mayor Margaret Faye commissioned Eugene Meltsner and a group of scientists to improve the dam structure and create a computerized valve system. Somewhere around that time, a Trickle Lake compound was involved in the storage of counterfeiting plates in an operation thwarted by multiple Odyssey residents, including The Stiletto. Later on, the valve system failed when a car was found trapped in the system, leading to a devastating flood in Odenton.
