This is a list of miscellaneous awards given out by the organizers of the Odyssey Awards. Any award outside of the six "main awards" (Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Scene, Best Sound Design, Best Script, and Best Episode) is eligible for this list. Since it was not given out as an award, How Long Should The Story Arc Last? has been excluded.

Best Performance | 1999-2003 | Best Performance is a now-defunct award that was given out at the first six editions of the End of Season Awards. Starting with Winter 2003 Edition, it was split into the current "Best Actor" and "Best Actress" awards. |
Best Character | 1999, 2000 | Like "Best Performance", Best Character was short-lived, appearing in just two editions of the awards. Similar incarnations, such as the off-and-on "Best New Character", have since taken its place. |
Best Production | 1999-2001 | Best Production (also known as Best Production Value) has been retired since 2002's Countermoves Edition. |
Best Moment | 2000-2001 | Best Moment was an award given out starting with Spring 2000 Edition and ending with Spring 2001 Edition. It is commonly thought to have been replaced by Best Scene. |
Best Shorty | 2000 | Best Shorty was a one-time award given out for Spring 2000 Edition. The winner was Biography Minute: Pocahontas. |
Best New Character | 2001, 2003, 2011, 2014, 2019 | Best New Character is an award that's been given out several times across Odyssey Awards history, though never on a consistent basis. Winners have included fan favorites such as Robert Mitchell and the Washington family. |
Most Shocking Plot Twist | 2002 | Most Shocking Plot Twist was a one-time award given out for Countermoves Edition. The winner was Robert Mitchell's (presumed) death. |
Best Novacom Arc Character | 2002 | With the end of the Novacom saga in Album 38: Battle Lines, a one-time Best Novacom Arc Character award was given out for Battle Lines Edition. |
Best Moral | 2005-2006 | Best Moral was an award given out for the last four editions of the End of Season Awards. |
Best Line of Dialogue | 2010, 2011, 2012 | Best Line of Dialogue, also known as Best Quote or Best Line, was an award introduced with the first edition of the Avery Awards. It has not appeared in an edition of the awards since 2012. |
Best "Whita-cliffhanger" | 2011 | Best "Whita-cliffhanger" was an award given out for Spring 2011 Edition, honoring the best cliffhanger from Album 53: The Green Ring Conspiracy involving John Whittaker. |
Best Writer | 2011 | Best Writer was a joke award given out for Spring 2011 Edition. The winner was Paul McCusker, who won in a landslide victory over McCusker, Paul, Paul E. McCusker, P. McCusker, and PEM. |
Best Minor Character | 2012 | Best Minor Character was an award given out for Summer 2012 Edition. The winner was Mycroft Thugg. |
Best Villian | 2012, 2018 | Best Villian was an award first given out for Summer 2012 Edition. It was later revived for the 2018 Edition. |
Most Surprising Moment | 2014 | Most Surprising Moment was an award given out for Fall 2014 Edition, to honor the most surprising event of Album 58: The Ties That Bind. The winner was "Wooton's House burning down." |
Funniest Moment | 2016 | Funniest Moment was an award given out for 2016 Edition. The winner was "Penny's attempt to be posh in a French restaurant in #783: “Words from the Wise”." |
Most Suspenseful Moment | 2016 | Most Suspenseful Moment was an award given out for 2016 Edition. The winner was "Jason tells Connie that William is not the person he says he is in #787 – #788: “Between the Lines”." |
"Lesson-Learned"-est Moment | 2016 | "Lesson-Learned"-est Moment was an award given out for 2016 Edition. The winner was "Jana, Whit, and Jason talk about spiritual discernment in #787 – #788: “Between the Lines”." |
Best Wooton and Penny Moment | 2016 | Best Wooton and Penny Moment was an award given out for 2016 Edition. Like Funniest Moment, Most Suspenseful Moment, and "Lesson Learned"-est Moment, it has not been given out since. The winner was "Penny finally accepts Wooton's marriage proposal in #782: “Let's Get Together”." |
Best Supporting Actor, Actress, or Duo | 2016 | Best Supporting Actor, Actress or Duo was an award given out for 2016 Edition. It was won by Kimmy Robertson. |
Best Host | 2016 | Best Host was a joke award given out for 2016 Edition. The winner was Chris Anthony, who narrowly beat Chris, "Hi, I'm Chris!", and "And I'm Chris!". |
Best Comical Pair of Characters | 2017 | Best Comical Pair of Characters was an award given out for 2017 Edition. Fan favorites Wooton and Wellington took home the trophy. |
Best Song | 2017 | Best Song was an award given out for 2017 Edition, primarily because it featured the musical episode #811 – #812: “Legacy”. The winner was Some Little Corner. |
Best B-TV Sketch | 2018 | Best B-TV Sketch was an award given out for 2018 Edition, which featured the first B-TV episode in a series album since Dave Madden's death. The winner was "The What-If Zone". |
Best Place Wooton And Penny Visited On Their Honeymoon | 2018 | Best Place Wooton And Penny Visited On Their Honeymoon was an award given out for 2018 Edition. The winner was London. |
Most Relatable Kid Character | 2019 | Most Relatable Kid Character was an award given out for 2019 Edition. The winner was Matthew Parker. |
Best Way David Parker Tried To Tell His Kids About The Sandwich In The Backyard | 2019 | Best Way David Parker Tried to Tell His Kids about the Sandwich in the Backyard was an award given out for 2019 Edition. Voters agreed the family devotional about initiative was probably his most viable option. |
Best Moment In The Studio | 2020 | Best Moment In The Studio was an award given out for the Odyssey Awards spin-off series Avery Awards: Team Edition. Winners included Bob Smithouser's stand-in for Kelly Stables and Gregory Jbara's "brilliant" performance as Wilson Knox in #895: “The Martyr and the Rooster”. |
Best Investigative Duo | 2020 | Best Investigative Duo was an award given out for 2020 Edition It was won by the duo of Jillian Marshall and Jason Whittaker in #878 – #879: “Nightmares by Constance”. |
Best Bogus News Reported by Ajax Manic in "Breaking News" | 2020 | Best Bogus News Reported by Ajax Manic in "Breaking News" was an award given out for 2020 Edition. It was won by his report that something has escaped from the Odyssey sewers, and when the world does end, you need Johnson's apocalypse survival kits with three new milkshake flavors. |
Best Surprise | 2021 | Best Surprise was an award given for 2021 Edition. It was won by the moment when Tasha Forbes suddenly reappears in Odyssey and with connections to Morrie and Suzu in #898 – #900: “The Rydell Revelations”. |
Best Song | 2021 | Best Surprise was an award given for 2021 Edition. The song that won was when Jules and Buck sing "I'm Just Me" together on stage in #902 – #903: “California Dreams”. |
