History

Victor "Vic" Hamilton, was a former criminal charged with petty theft. After he turned down a proposition from Brad Diamond to help him rob a bank, he got framed by Brad for robbing that bank. He saved Connie Kendall from drowning in a river, so she vouched for him, and investigated a bit. Vic claimed he was innocent, and that Brad framed him, but he was known to lie in that kind of situation. Officer Tim Hartzel searched his house, and while Vic was so sure that he would find nothing, Officer Hartzal finds proof of the crime in Vic's car trunk. After this, he tried to kill Brad, but Connie convinced him not to.

Family

Vic had a brother named Sammy, who died in a car crash after they robbed a gas station, leaving Vic with a limp for the rest of his life.
