A cover used by Jason Whittaker in London while teaming up with Interpol, and MI5 to try to stop Mr. Grote. Though his cover was quickly realized by Reggie Fingers in Finger's Fish and Chips and Jason blew it when he tried to escape when attempting to save "a kidnapped girl" (Sue/Sewer Rat). Sue's name is never mentioned.
