Sometimes it takes a while for new images to show up. Try clearing your cache when that happens. You can also try turning on Purge Tab gadget in Special:Preferences, and then hitting the "purge" tab. Erwin Springer [talk] 14:54, 29 October 2010 (UTC)

When you visit a website, your computer saves many files from the website (pictures, for example) onto your computer. The next time you visit the site, your computer already has a good portion of the content that is on the page, so it loads faster. If you're trying to upload a new version of a picture, your computer may keep displaying the older one, because it is "cached". You can can clear your cache so that all of the files on the webpage are the most recent, but every browser works differently when it comes to doing so. Click here for more info.
