History

Mr. Skinner is one of the principals of Odyssey Middle School. He first appeared having to discipline Rodney Rathbone and Eric Myers for fighting about Eric's father, shortly after hiring him. He then had to deal with Nicky and Isaac Morton after the former hacked into the school system in The Power. In Terror from the Skies he appeared hosting the teacher's banquet at the Silverwinds Restaurant. Later, he would be heard giving Brock a warning in Another Man's Shoes, and disciplining Mandy Straussberg after Rodney framed her.
