He is a superhero created by Wooton Bassett who likes Beth the Barbarian.
History
Originally, PowerBoy was helped by Dr. Ichabodia, who built the power suit. However, the Dark Invader changed Ichabodia's heart, and Dr. Ichabodia became PowerBoy's arch-nemesis, and even captured him a few times. PowerBoy has a Power Duck, and a stash of shining arrows.
