History

Percy is a bully from Bernard Walton's childhood where Bernard's grandfather lived. When Percy shot a bird in front of Bernard, Ezekiel, a farmhand revived it and to get even for it, Percy searched his things after a little girl went missing to find something to connect him with the kidnapping and found hair bands like the girl's and reveled it an emergency town meeting. Those hair bands belonged to his daughter who drowned when she was young. It turns out that the girl had fallen off a cliff and blacked out. Sheriff Jimmy Long dealt with him at a later time.
