History
Also known as "Grumpy Gossamar". Mr. Gossamar is an antique appraiser for the Smithsonian institute in Washington DC. Is said that he is an expert in 'Antiquated Lawn Furniture', although it is believed that is just part of a cover story that is told to Joanne Allen. Gossamar tells Joanne that the antique compass she was trying to sell was actually designed by Dominick Juliani. This lessens the value to only roughly $100 from a collector. He buys an antique dog collar from the Bourland's neighbors for enough money to send them on a vacation.
