History
Chas is a bully who uses the fact that his family is wealthy as a way of bullying people who appeared in Camp What-A-Nut. He was the one who gave Donny McCoy his nickname "Shorty" and also gave Ned Lewis a hard time as the counselor of their cabin. However, he met his match in camp cook Marco Dibiasi, who wasn't intimidated by the fact that Chas's father was basically his employer, and could not be pushed around. To try and get even, Chas led a skunk into Marco's cabin using a trail of popcorn to try and get him sprayed. Unfortunately for Chas, the plan backfired when the skunk followed him into the Rec Hall and was freaked out by the panicked crowd — to the point he sprayed Chas. This led to a conversation with Marco, where the two came to an understanding.
Family
He mentions he has a wealthy father who is a part owner of Camp What-A-Nut.
