Changes to the template

Themes
I was on the AIO library, and it had a really neat idea. You can search for themes of the show. I know we generally always copy/paste the theme from Whitsend, but if you look here you'll see what I mean. It just seems like a really good idea. - This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time...ever since the site was launched actually. I already have a list of my own with a ton of various themes and genre. I was planning on starting to implement them when I go on vacation at the end of January. If you want to do it, by all means go ahead...but what I had in mind was a little tricky as it was going to involve using Categories and Sub-Categories. blipadouzi 18:58, 2 January 2008 (PST)

updating catagories
Hi, you said that you'd be glad to help out with changing to the new catagories, just wanted to let you know that I'll be working on it on and off throughout the night, i was going to start with the first episodes chronologically, if you want to start and the end and we'll meet somewhere in the middle. - Just thought I'd let you know, what we were trying to accomplish with delinking everything worked, i just updated the infobox and the categories are being applied, if it seems slower to edit a page, it's because the software is re-indexing all the episode pages and applying the categories (I have no clue how long it will take the server to do this). - Edit: The server seems to be done updating the categories now. P.S. we made over 250 edits today, I think that's a record.

updated new episode template
just wanted to let you know that I added a few new things to the new episode template to start getting ready for some of the new features that we hope to have when our server gets updated to a newer version of mediawiki, we aren't sure when this will be, it could be a couple of months yet, the person who takes care of it is really busy. the new things i added are completely optional to fill in but i tried explaining in all in here . And thanks for doing so many of the episode pages, I'd do more but i"m not the best at writing summaries, which happens to be one of the main parts of the page Reddo 17:43, 19 April 2008 (PDT)

- just was wondering if you could change one small thing when your making episode pages, for the episode numbers, if you could use 3 digit episode numbers, ex 047 instead of 47, it will help make the categories more organized. thanks Reddo 20:39, 19 April 2008 (PDT)

minor change
Just a minor change in the episode pages, for the cast section if you could change from "Actor unknown" to just "Unknown", it fits in a lot better with something that I've been working on. Thanks Reddo 03:58, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

episode pages
I've started using reddobot to create episode pages with the characters filled in, the only thing that is done on them is the character section, ep num, year and the links for aiohq, aiosoda and aiolib, the link for whits end has to be updated manually. A list of the episodes that i've done can be found Category:Reddobot Episodes, I hope to get all of the pages finished within the next few days. - kind of, it's going through and any episode page that hasn't been made yet, it's creating, filling in the episode number, year, and all the characters, this way we get our intersection feature working to it's full capacity and hopefully speed up the process of creating the episode pages. If you look at any of the pages in that category, you'll see that the most of the page is still blank. Reddo 19:01, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
