Should this list be condensed to feature only episodes that advance the saga and not merely reference it?

I agree with this, although I'd suggest removing A Name, Not a Number and adding #369: “It's a Wrap!”. I'm working on a full list of sagas, and I'm thinking about just lumping this with Eugene's Conversion/Eugene and Katrina, since there's so much overlap. I'll keep this in mind and bring it up later. Listening to these episodes again right now, I'd agree with adding #369: “It's a Wrap!” (added to the proposed list above) but argue for keeping #290 – #291: “A Name, Not a Number”. In addition to advancing the Blackgaard saga, the two-parter also serves as a transition episode with Jason moving to town to take over Whit's End — similar to Jack settling in during #281: “...But Not Forgotten” and #293: “A Code of Honor” (the latter of which I now think should remain).
