Description

Miller's Ravine is a ravine in Odyssey through which a raised train trestle runs.

History

On the advice of Connie Kendall, Peter Dillon attempted to overcome his fear of heights by climbing to the top of the trestle in 1990. Only by the intervention of Connie and Whit was Peter saved from an oncoming train. (#110: “A... is for Attitude”)

Several years later in 1998, local loner student Mike Fulton, who previously spent many hours listening to music and drawing while sitting on the train trestle, died after falling from it. (#412: “A Lesson From Mike”)
