"EIO: The Millstone" is a story arc in the Elsewhere in Odyssey Comic Series.
Summary
Bart Rathbone reappears, seeking a cross-promotion with Whit. When denied, Bart and his son Rodney sneakily market their gadgets to kids, only to find themselves unwittingly thrust into biblical times through the Imagination Station. As they face Roman accusations for their influence on a child, Eugene inadvertently rescues them, leaving Whit and him puzzled over the bizarre ordeal and its lesson in the perils of leading children astray.

- This was the first in-canon appearance of Rodney Rathbone since Album 50. He was aged up to reflect the passage of time and now is depicted with some facial hair.
