The Calvin Bloom Company was made famous in the episode #143: “Muckraker”. Lucy Cunningham-Schultz accused them of having used Green dye #94 in Accu-Gel after the FDA told them not to use it in Accu-Gel because it supposedly caused a rash but was never proven. The company did stop using it, but a few products got through.
Jim Norton tried to talk Lucy out of doing an article on Green dye #94 because he said they stopped making Accu-Gel. In the end, the Calvin Bloom Company was cleared, but was damaged because of Lucy's article in the Odyssey Owl.
