During her time in Odyssey Valerie has demonstrated questionable morals and the tendency to be manipulative to her own ends. In Kidsboro, Part 2 and Kidsboro, Part 3 she filed a frivolous lawsuit against the City of Kidsboro in order to bankrupt the town and coerced her brother to create a stinking liquid and cause a scandal in the town so that she could seize the position of mayor. In Anger Mismanagement she took credit for the Homecoming float despite having done little to no work on the float itself. In You're Two Kind she demonstrated an arrogance towards Brad Ralph but was also flattered at his crush on her. Her latest appearance in How to Sink a Sub she showed that she was willing to pull various pranks on Katrina Shanks-Meltsner to drive her away, resorting to filing a petition against Katrina to have her removed from substitute teaching the class when Katrina wouldn't leave voluntarily.
