Deleted templates

• {{DPL/Extension DPL}} was similar to {{Extension DPL}}. Both were placeholders.
• {{DPL/*}} was similar to {{*}}. DPL didn't redirect and used & bull;.
• {{DPL/Note}} was used in Help:DPL/Parameters: Criteria for page selection and Help:DPL/Source and installation (deleted during July update). It was replaced by {{Notice}}.
  • {{DPL/Message}} was used in {{DPL/Note}}.
• {{DPL/Tl}} was similar to {{Tl}}. DPL had <code> around the template. DPL was only used in Help:DPL/Parameters: Controlling output format.
• {{DPL/Navbox}} was similar to {{Navbox}}.
  • {{DPL/Navbar}} was similar to {{Navbar}}.

Update

The Gamepedia DPL manual was moved and updated in July 2019. On AIOWiki, the change was made on September 9, 2019.

Edits

• While {{DPL Nav}} was moved to {{DPL nav}}, the only changes to the template itself were capitalizations.
  • Later, the groups were overhauled. These changes have been ignored.
• The namespace change, Gamepedia’s most significant change, was not effected here.
• (Interlanguage) Interwiki was ignored on all page changes.
• Links to MediaWiki were changed to Interwiki links.
• Help:DPL/Example: Select by category: "DPL3" was kept as "DPL" in an example.
• Transclusions of {{tocright}} were changed to {{TOC right}}.
• {{DPL3}} was imported with changes as {{DPL}}, and references to the former were changed to the latter.
  • Reference to {{Tag}} was removed.
  • {{Ifexist}} was substituted directly into the template.
• On Help:DPL, {{Collapse top}} and {{Collapse bottom}} were replaced with {{Hidden}}.
• The "Bug reporting and feature requests" section was appended to Help:DPL.
  • {{DPL nav}} was updated accordingly.
  • The link in Help:DPL#Notes was removed.
• Help:DPL/Example: Select by recently changed: Date changed to day of update.
• Help:DPL/Hit counters removed: Removed "References" section and replaced references with "see here" links.
  • Added {{DPL manual}}.
  • Added link in Help:DPL#Notes.
• Help:DPL/Parameters: Controlling output format: Removed "References" section and replaced references with links.

Planned

• Fix reference to DPL Example 027 in "Scroll_2" and General Usage, and external links in Help:DPL/Parameters: Controlling output volume
• Consider integrating commented out (<!-- -->) sections
• Removing leftover categories after July update
• Removing references to Gamepedia assets after July update
• Working around {{DPL parameter dpl.nowordbreak}}
• Adding Test article structure and Test table
