“The Mystery of the Clock Tower, Part 2” is episode #668 of the Adventures in Odyssey audio series. It was written and directed by Paul McCusker, and originally aired on October 9, 2010.
Summary
Eugene and Matthew investigate why the clock tower at City Hall seems to be stuck at 11:45. Could it have something to do with the anniversary of a lost love from twenty years ago?
Plot
Eugene and Matthew Parker continue to try to stop the city clock from counting down.
Meanwhile Whit talks to Oliver Drevil the manager at Odyssey Bank, about the safety deposit box. This leads to Oliver Drevil's son Andrew Drevil, who installed the security system at the bank. Andrew also cleans the bank and city hall, which makes him the main suspect.
Then Connie, Whit, and Oliver Drevil go to Andrew's room, and find evidence that Andrew is behind the whole computer system count down. When the clock is nearly out of time, Eugene tries to power down the entire city's computer system, but it does not shut off.
In the end Whit and Eugene figure out that it is a big diversion, to cover up Andrew and his father (Oliver Drevil) robbing the bank.
The episode ends with Connie, Whit, Eugene, and Matthew talking about the coverup at the clock tower, and Alicia confessing to Wendy and Michael about the undelivered letters.

- This episode mentions a robbery of the Odyssey Bank, which hasn't been talked about since #40: “The Case of the Secret Room, Part 2”. The two episodes also feature a similar plot resolution, with one of the culprits in this episode being the bank president just like in the older episode.
- Goofs
- In this episode, Whit and Connie notice pictures of Alicia Jennings in Andrew Drevil's apartment. How do they know what Alicia looks like? Eugene is not mentioned as having showed them any pictures, and neither Whit nor Connie has seen her.
- Note: Whit is such an important figure in the community that he might have met Alicia in the past.
