Galatians 6:7-8

Summary
The two finalists for “Best Small Town” are in a perfect tie. Each town is given one week to show the heart of the town to win the contest.
Plot
Odyssey is told that because of the number of criteria both finalists meet in the Best Small Town in America contest, there is a tie and a runoff competition would be held to determine the final winner. Because of a miscommunication Wooton has to reveal his identity as the writer of PowerBoy because comic book fans thought that Harlow Doyle was the real creator, even though he was suprised at the outcome himself. The judges for the best small town competition say that since the company that publishes PowerBoy is the company that owns Home and Country Magazine, they would like to avoid any accusations of fraud. Senior Publisher Perry Browning informs Wooton and Mayor Margaret Faye that Odyssey will be disqualified but Wooton offers to leave Campbell County for a year if Odyssey will remain in the competition. He moves to Odenton, in a house that is too small for his dinner gong. However Connie Kendall leads a petition drive that results in an almost unanimous vote for Odyssey to forfeit the Best Small Town competition so that Wooton can return to Odyssey.

- This was Nathan Hoobler's last pre-hiatus episode, and the first Hoobler-written show to feature Harlow Doyle (a character for whom Hoobler expressed dislike prior to joining the AIO team).
