Ned Tatch

Ned Tatch was an old hermit who lived alone in a cove several decades ago in the town of Bath, North Carolina, whose encounter with young Whit and Jack Allen was flashbacked in the episode Blackbeard's Treasure. Ned, who wanted privacy, dressed himself up to look like the ghost of Blackbeard to scare intruders away from his home.
